Cut potatoes and onions into bite-size pieces and prepare them.

I put in potatoes when the water was boiling. And I added 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and boiled it together. I tend to add a lot of minced garlic, so if you don't like the strong garlic scent, please add 1/2 tablespoon.
