STEP 1/10
Prepare lukewarm milk that has been left at room temperature for about an hour.
Prepare the unsalted butter with the hard one just taken out of the refrigerator.
STEP 2/10
Sift down the almond powder and soft flour and mix with the powder while cutting the butter with a scraper.
STEP 3/10
Mix it with both hands and make it like a soboru.
STEP 4/10
Spread thinly on the butter clump.
And then they come together again.
STEP 5/10
Hold the shape of a thick bar rice cake and let it rest for more than 2 hours after freezing.
STEP 6/10
After 2 hours, let the dough sit for 10 minutes
Cut evenly with a knife.
Then sprinkle a piece of sugar, coat the outside with a bit of white, roll it, and coat it with sugar.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven at a sufficient interval, and the end!!
STEP 7/10
When baking with a frying pan,,
Cut parchment paper or cooking foil bigger than the batter
Place dough at intervals. (Considering the size of the dough, it is appropriate to grill 6 to 7 pieces each.)
Put two gas stove supports on top of each other and turn the fire to low heat..
Bake for 15 minutes, turn it upside down, and bake for about 5 minutes.
(Remove parchment paper or foil when turning it upside down)
Look at the dough.. If it's not too thick, you don't have to put foil on it.You have to download it at first)
STEP 8/10
While I'm at it, I'll have a frying pan, a diamang cookie
I compared the oven diamang cookies.
As expected, Oven Diamant is definitely ahead in terms of visuals
The edges are yellowish, so the color comes out evenly.. It's swollen more beautifully than a frying pan diamang.
On the other hand, fried fendiamen is a little.. It came out like a bedbug. The limitations of pan baking..
It's yellowish in the middle and white on the outside.
STEP 9/10
Yes! This is a frying pan diamang.
Even if you look at the cross section, it looks moist, right? It's really delicious when you eat it!!
It doesn't taste good even if it's baked in a frying pan. (Unless there's something wrong with the cookie dough in the process~)
The texture is kind of like the dough.. That doesn't mean it doesn't feel ripe.
It's not as crispy as it is baked in the oven. When I ate it.. It doesn't feel like Sabre.
STEP 10/10
Oh!
As expected, the cross-section shot looks superior when baked in the oven.
The taste and texture are exactly Sabre cookies.. It's like a cookie in a round container made of iron.
It has almond powder in it..It's crispy and deep like a crumb.
On the other hand, fried fendiamand is less crispy and less deep. LOL
But fried fendia mang is also good to use as a delicious cookie
If we don't have an oven, I think we can use a frying pan 100%Yo~^^
