STEP 1/9
Paprika and bell pepper are cut to size. Whatever you put inside, put the vegetables in the refrigerator. Green onions, dooreup, enoki mushrooms, tteokbokki, perilla leaves, chives, carrots, etc
STEP 2/9
I bought an Australian chuck roll, spread it slightly frozen, and season it with salt and pepper.
STEP 3/9
Spread a line of beef and sprinkle some glutinous rice powder. The reason is to spray it so that it sticks well inside. Roll in paprika, bell pepper and mushrooms. It dries better than I thought.
STEP 4/9
I made as many vegetables as I cut, and I got 14 of them. I think I'll find more because I don't have enough, but I'm not filling my stomach with this. ^^ Until here
STEP 5/9
4T of soy sauce, 3T of cooking wine, 1T of oligosaccharide, 1T of plum juice, 0.5T of sesame oil, and 0.5T of minced garlic were added and the sauce was made.
STEP 6/9
Put the beef roll in the pan and cook it as you turn.
STEP 7/9
When the meat is cooked, carefully sprinkle the salty soy sauce over the meat. Don't pour it all at once and scoop it up with a spoon
STEP 8/9
I like this picture. The boiling sweet and salty sauce is well expressed. I wanted to eat beef and vegetable rolls quickly.
STEP 9/9
The sauce must have soaked into the meat well, right? Um~~~I love the smell of beef rolls. He doesn't eat paprika. So I put it in purposely, and it ate so well. They say it's good. ^^
