STEP 1/8
Add egg yolk and almond powder to white sediment and mix well using spatula
If the dough is too thick, add milk little by little and adjust the concentration of the dough
The quality of the filling varies depending on the brand, so you have to control it
STEP 2/8
Divide the sediment batter according to the amount of petals and leaves
Use food coloring or powder to match the color you want
I used 100 years of powder, beet, and strawberry powder to make the petals red
I put green tea powder in the leaves
STEP 3/8
The petal is tip no. 104
Tip 352 for leaves
Place tips in piping bag and add sediment batter
STEP 4/8
Put some dough on the flower cup and place the parchment paper on top
(I didn't put up parchment paper, so I took it! )
Squeeze a piping bag on top of it and place a flower pillar
STEP 5/8
Make a straight line with wrinkles on the pillar and make = wrinkles next to it
If you look at it from the top, it's shaped like a K
STEP 6/8
Fill the empty space with small wrinkles and make it round
Squeeze the big petals and wrap them around
Next, squeeze out the small petals and finish it off
STEP 7/8
Using a green sediment dough piping bag with tip number 352, squeeze into the shape of a leaf
Transfer to cookie pan with parchment paper
STEP 8/8
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
The finished cookies are soft, so cool them in the cookie pan and move them
