Pork belly ssamjang fried rice: Pork belly dish, one bowl dish
Hello, I'm Montbay Hyang. :) A dish using leftover pork belly! I was wondering if I could have a super simple meal There was a lot of ssamjang left, so I put it in and stir-fried it^^ Then should we make it?

Ingredients
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Pork belly meat
    1ea
  • Ssamjang
    1T
  • leek
    1handful
  • Garlic
    2ea
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Cooking oil
    little
  • Sesame oil
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Heat it up with a bit of cooking oil and put pork belly on top
STEP 2/8
Sprinkle a moderate amount of pepper
STEP 3/8
Bake until crisp (I think it's burnt with other spices) and slice very small
STEP 4/8
Add a little more cooking oil to the meat pan, stir-fry chopped green onions and sliced garlic
STEP 5/8
If it smells like green onion, add pork belly and stir-fry it
STEP 6/8
Add cold rice and ssamjang and stir-fry quickly
STEP 7/8
Add 1/3 tbsp sesame oil to the pan and mix with residual heat (add savory aroma)
