Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
After defrosting the dumplings, put cooking oil in a heated pan and bake them until golden brown. Wash lettuce clean in running water, drain, and cut it into 1cm wide pieces. Wash onions, cucumbers, and carrots, shred them to 0.3cm thick, soak them in cold water, remove them and drain.
STEP 2/3
Place the baked dumplings on a wide plate and mix the vegetables evenly and place in the middle. Just before you eat, pour red pepper paste and sesame oil on the vegetables or serve them with it!
STEP 3/3
How to enjoy tray dumplings more deliciously! When you chop and mix vegetables evenly, mix them with chopsticks so that they don't smell green and shred Mokwoochon ham together!
If you don't defrost the dumplings and bake them, the outside will burn and the inside won't cook! It's pretty to defrost the dumplings and grill them^^
