After defrosting the dumplings, put cooking oil in a heated pan and bake them until golden brown. Wash lettuce clean in running water, drain, and cut it into 1cm wide pieces. Wash onions, cucumbers, and carrots, shred them to 0.3cm thick, soak them in cold water, remove them and drain.
If you don't defrost the dumplings and bake them, the outside will burn and the inside won't cook! It's pretty to defrost the dumplings and grill them^^
