Cut the salmon into slightly smaller sizes than the palm of the hand, and the onion (one) into rings. Use herb salt (1Ts) and lemon juice (2Ts) to catch the fishy smell and season the fish to prevent it from breaking.

Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 3 minutes, and when the timer rings, add the prepared seasoned salmon and onions. Set the air fryer to 180 degrees and cook for 15 minutes.

When the timer rings, turn the salmon over and cook it again at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

If the timer goes off and you take it out! Finally, salmon steak that you can enjoy at home without fishy smell is completed
Since we used an air fryer, if you adjust the heating time and temperature, you can enjoy salmon steak more crispy or smoother
