First, meat and vegetables
in bite-sized pieces
I'll cut it into 2cm squares.
The mini-carrot that I used

Preheat the pot over high heat for 4 minutes,
I'll put 1T of cooking oil and start frying the meat.

You have to stir-fry enough meat.
Until the front is evenly golden,
It doesn't matter if the bottom of the pot is a little flat.
This adds a delicious flavor.

Stir-fry slightly and boil with 350mL of water.

Cover and simmer for another 8 minutes.

I used Japanese products of Golden Curry,
One block per 350mL of water
It's a good amount to match the right amount of liver and concentration.
After putting in the block

You'd better stir it well.

After adding curry blocks,

Bring to a boil for another 3 minutes, stirring well.
