  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put 500ml of water in a large pot and boil it with 1 spoon of salt.
If you add salt, you can make the spinach very green and pretty when blanching.^^
STEP 2/7
While the water is boiling, trim the spinach and rinse it in cold water, shaking off the soil.
*When trimming spinach, you can cut it with a cross or just cut it into 1cm at the root of the end of the hair (in the picture).
STEP 3/7
Blanch spinach in boiling water in Step 1.
Add and continue to blanch spinach evenly, changing the position of spinach at the bottom and spinach at the top. (About 1 minute)
STEP 4/7
Take a spinach and remove the spinach if you press the area in the picture with your hands and press it half way, not hard.
STEP 5/7
Remove the blanched spinach and rinse it 2-3 times in cold water.
STEP 6/7
Squeeze a bunch of rinsed spinach with both hands so that it doesn't get wet. (Please don't do it too hard!)! Squeeze it so that it doesn't drip even if you leave it as it is.)
STEP 7/7
Transfer spinach to another large bowl and coat with seasoned vegetables.

Tips for choosing spinach! The brownish spinach leaves are sweet and delicious. I heard that the only thing that's too blue was probably raised in the house.^^
