STEP 1/6
In a large bowl, beat 3 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1 spoon of parmesan cheese powder.
(I put the whole bag of Parmesan cheese powder because I collect what comes when I order pizza!)

Pour 1 tablespoon cooking oil into a heated pan and fry 1 potato, 1/2 onion and 1/2 garlic ham over medium heat.
Sprinkle a bit of salt and season it slightly.

Spread the stir-fried potatoes, onions, and garlic ham evenly in the pan and pour the egg water made in step 1.
Hold the pan and move around, spreading the eggs evenly so that the ingredients stick together.
STEP 4/6
Turn the heat to very low and close the pan lid so that it can be cooked to the top of the egg.
STEP 5/6
Shake the cooked egg potato pizza gently as it is on the pan, transfer it to the cutting board, cut it like a pizza, and transfer it to a plate one by one.
STEP 6/6
If there is parsley powder on the plate, sprinkle it evenly. If not, don't worry if there's no change in taste^^
And if you decorate it with ketchup and spray it, it's!
Don't try to flip it over in case it burns in the pan! It's easy to crush, so let's cook it slowly over low heat.^^
