Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Prepare cucumbers by taking a pinch of sea salt and washing the outside.
STEP 2/12
Divide the washed cucumber into three or four pieces.
STEP 3/12
Cut the cut cucumber into '+' shapes, leaving about 1cm behind.
STEP 4/12
I'm boiling salted water now.
Boil 10 cups of water with about 1 cup of sea salt.

Pour the boiled water into the cut cucumber without cooling it.
Soak it like this for about an hour.
When you pickle, roll the cucumber and pickle~

Prepare 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour and 2 cups of water boiled glutinous rice paste by cooling it down.

I made young radish kimchi in advance.. I made cucumber kimchi because the seasoning was left..

Put chives in a bowl, seasonings, and glutinous rice paste. I added about two more cups of red pepper powder to make the sauce thick
If you leave it as it is, the red pepper powder will get on the sauce.

The cucumber beef filling is done.

After an hour, rinse the pickled cucumber in water..

Put the cucumber in the sauce, put the filling, and put the sauce on, and the cucumber kimchi is complete
