Slice the carrots and stir-fry them in an oiled pan with a little salt.

Spinach is seasoned with vegetables. I seasoned boiled spinach with salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. It tastes better when you season it.

After eating the fish cake gimbap from Mr. Baek, I prepare fish cake with seasoning when I make gimbap. I put red pepper powder, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and water and stir-fry it. (It tastes better when it's spicy.)

There was a lot of cold rice, so I just heated it up in the microwave. ^^ Add salt, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black sesame seeds and mix them. I didn't season it hard. I seasoned the ingredients, so I only cooked a little bit.

I cut a sheet of seaweed into four pieces.

There are four ingredients for mini gimbap. I thought about the egg garnish, but I thought it'd pop if I put that in. Pass. The pickled radish is thick, so I thought about cutting it in half or not, but Gimbap also has the taste of pickled radish.
STEP 7/7
Spread the rice on the seaweed, add the ingredients, and roll it. This is mini gimbap. It doesn't have a lot of ingredients, but it's gimbap. It's a small kimbap.
