STEP 1/10
Pour 20g of agar powder into 500g of water and soak it. I let it soak for about 30 minutes. Put the soaked agar powder in a pot and boil over medium heat. Keep stirring while boiling.

If you see a slight boil, add 100g of sugar and boil it together. Turn off the heat when it boils.

Add the red bean paste and beat well. So that the red bean paste doesn't get tangled. I used to make it with whole red bean paste, but this time, I made it with fine paste. Each one has its own charm.

Bring to a boil and let go of the heat.

Drain the chestnut dice thoroughly, strain into a sieve, and mix in a pot.

I also put a handful of walnuts. Stir to blend and let cool for 5 minutes.

It'd be better if you put it in a pretty mold, but.. I put paper foil on the side dish container and poured it to cool it down.

If you make it at night, sleep, and wake up, the red bean jelly is well hardened in the morning.^^

You can cut it in any size you want. If you want to cut it big, make it big~~ If you want to cut it into small pieces, make it small~~

I cut it into half the size of my palm.
