Sweet and sour strawberry bibim-guksu recipe
Sweet strawberry scent that makes you feel better and sweet and sour taste that stimulates your appetite. It's so good to meet with noodles. I keep slurping it. It was the perfect menu to enjoy a light meal.

  • Strawberry

  • a young leaf vegetable

  • small noodles
    200g
  • plum extract

  • Sugar

  • Soy sauce
    1/2T
  • Salt
    1/3t
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put noodles in boiling water (+ 1/2T of salt) and boil over medium heat with a lid on,
STEP 2/7
When the foam boils up, add 300cc of cold water and bring to a boil with the lid closed again.
STEP 3/7
Add the last second water and when the water boils up one more time, take out the noodles and wash them in cold water. (Until the whole quarter is out.)
STEP 4/7
If you strain it through a sieve, you're done boiling the noodles.
STEP 5/7
Mix plum extract, sugar, salt, house soy sauce, and ground strawberries in a blender to make the seasoning.
STEP 6/7
Add noodles, sesame oil, and sesame oil to the sauce and mix well.
STEP 7/7
Put baby vegetables and strawberry bibimguksu in a bowl, and that's it.
