Tomato egg soup (Chocho simple soup) that succeeded Todalbbokkeu
When it comes to tomatoes, stir-fried tomato eggs are simple, delicious, and well-known. I made tomato egg soup as a soup to follow. Eating tomato egg soup on a busy morning makes me feel full and slurped. I think the kids will eat well, too.^^

- Blanch only the skin of tomatoes in boiling water. Remove and peel when the skin dries
I have 3 tomatoes for other dishes, so you can use 2 of them as much as you want.^^

- Cut peeled tomatoes into bite-sized pieces

- Stir-fry minced garlic in a saucepan covered with olive oil

Tip. If you stir it in, it will dissolve and become messy, so don't stir it and boil it.
