  • onion

  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1.5T
  • Red pepper powder
    2T
  • Soybean paste
    1/2T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • plum extract
    1T
  • ginger liquor
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
The yellow corvina scraps the scales and removes the intestines
STEP 2/5
Cut radish thickly in a pot and put it on the floor
Put the croaker on top
Pour anchovy broth and boil it
STEP 3/5
When it boils, add the sauce and boil it
Seasoning: soy sauce, red pepper powder, soybean paste, minced garlic, ginger liquor, plum juice
STEP 4/5
Boil it while pouring the soup
STEP 5/5
When the radish is tender, add onions and green onions
Add hot pepper and boil it for a while
It has chili peppers in it. It's spicy and tastes good
It's been a while since I've fed it, so it's very popular
