Add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar.

Add 1/2 tablespoon cooking syrup.

Add just a little bit of minced garlic.

Add a little bit of sesame seeds and a little bit of pepper powder.

Mash the sesame seeds and mix them several times.

Tear lettuce by hand, cut tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and prepare them in a bowl.

Sprinkle dressing on the prepared salad and it's done!!
- If you eat a large plate of salad for a meal, you can eat it once, and if it's the size of a rice bowl on the table, you can eat it twice.
- Salad ingredients go well with tofu, chicken breast, and fruits. I sometimes eat chicken breast, frozen mangoes, frozen blueberries, egg scrambled eggs, paprika, and so on for a meal.
