Making a super-speed "Chicken Nugget" that is simpler than pork
It's a handmade "chicken nugget" that I made because I had a lot of time and process to make pork cutlet after eating it, and I was wondering if there would be anything to grill it from time to time. My step sister made it for me once before, and when I asked her because it was so soft and delicious, she said it was easy to make, so I finally made this side dish. Chicken nuggets sold on the market can be more convenient because they can be baked only, but homemade chicken nuggets are more reassuring, especially since children like them, so they can eat healthier chicken nuggets.^^ It's a dish that anyone can follow quickly and easily if they have ingredients, so I wanted to introduce it!

Cooking Steps

Cut 3 pieces of chicken breast (1 pack of Harim chicken breast for mart, 400g) into regular chicken nuggets (just cut horizontally and into appropriate thickness).

Spread chicken breast wide, season evenly with 1 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp pepper, and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Beat in 3 eggs and prepare 2 ladles of flour and 3 ladles of bread crumbs on a large plate.

It's important to coat flour and eggs so that they can be smeared. If these two are not thoroughly smeared, the chicken nugget peel is easy to separate during the baking process. However, if it's too much, it's not too much, so it's better to put it on all sides!
