Wash green onions clean, drain and slice thinly.

Cut slice cheese into small pieces and place in refrigerator until used.

Stir-fry chopped green onions in a dry pan until they are out of breath.

Spread the stir-fried green onions on a plate and cool.

Put the flour and baking powder on a sieve. Then add sugar and salt and mix evenly with a whisk.

Add the cold butter, 1cm square.cm square

Mix together using a scraper.

If the butter is as small as a red bean, stop mincing it. Then make a groove in the middle of the flour.

Combine egg and milk and pour into grooves.

Mix it with a spatula and when you can see the powder

Add the stir-fried green onions and small slices of cheese and mix roughly. Then lightly clump the dough together.

Place dough on plastic or plastic and spread to 2cm thickness (change shape to suit your preference).

Cover the dough thoroughly with plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

When the tissue is finished, cut the dough into 6 pieces.

Place dough in oven pan and spread egg water evenly over top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180.
When the tissue is finished, moisture may come out of the green onion and the dough may become tough. So when you make it, cut it with a little bit of powder when you cut it without reducing the amount of moisture.
