Cut onions, garlic, ginger, and green onions in a blender.

Grind very finely (many times) so that no lump is felt. Change it like water.

Making Seasoning: Mix soy sauce, water, sugar and seasonings.

Mix the ground vegetables in the seasoning.

Let's marinate the meat evenly and let it ripen in the refrigerator for about a day so that the seasoning can soak well.

Cook the meat that has been aged for a day over a short heat, then lower the heat and it's done!
Before marinating the meat, mix well so that the seasoning does not sink.
