Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the bacon into 3-4cm lengths and cook it crispy, ungreased, in a heated pan.
STEP 2/4
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, put the prepared chicken seasoning together, and leave it for a while to season, trim the green onions, chop the onions into squares smaller than the fingernails.
STEP 3/4
Put olive oil in a heated pan and stir-fry seasoned chicken and onions. When cooked, add rice and stir-fry more while mixing evenly. Add roasted bacon to the finished fried rice to add flavor and color by spraying fine green onions.
STEP 4/4
Place the finished fried rice on a plate and sprinkle a little bit of barbecue sauce to add to the rich taste. You can use ketchup instead!
