Since I was young, I've loved bean sprouts so much that I have to have bean sprout side dishes on the table. So the first side dish I made after getting married is seasoned bean sprouts. Anyone can make seasoned bean sprouts easily and quickly as long as they are trimmed, so let's mix bean sprouts, make bibimbap, eat meat, and eat it as a side dishes.^^

Ingredients
  • Bean sprouts
    200g
  • Water
    150ml
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Salt
    1ts
  • sesame salt
    1TS
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash the well-polished bean sprouts and put them in the pot. Add 150ml of water (one cup of paper) to this.
STEP 2/4
Close the hoop and boil it until it steams and boil it without opening it. If it steams between the lids, let it sit still for another 3 minutes.
STEP 3/4
When it's cooked, turn off the heat, open the lid, and throw away all the water, leaving only a little water.
STEP 4/4
After cooling a little, put on plastic gloves, add 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, mix and coat evenly.
If you add too much soy sauce, you will get a lot of brown water from soy sauce later, so if you want to season it more, please refrain from adding too much soy sauce.^^
