Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, squeeze the water out of a piece of tofu in a cotton cloth.
STEP 2/10
Put watery tofu and pork in a bowl..
STEP 3/10
I chopped up the rest of the carrot and put it in.
I also chopped a quarter of the onions.
I've cut three chives.
I added a teaspoon of minced garlic.

I added 1 tsp ginger liquor and seasoned it with salt and pepper.

If you put it all in, mix it evenly and pat it. Then, break an egg and pat it again.
If you put eggs in it, it clumps up well

If it doesn't clump together, add 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of starch and knead it

Break 3 eggs, heat them in a frying pan with oil, and add one meatball each to coat them with egg water.

Maybe it's because I put starch powder in the dough, but I didn't have to make it with flour
