A healthy and simple soup that is good for hangovers and colds.
There's a lot of fine dust these days, and it's hot, and then it's cold again, and it's very easy to be exposed by bronchitis and cold. So, the soup I prepared is super simple 'bean sprouts dried pollack soup', which is good for hangovers and colds! If you cook dried pollack when your body is empty and tired, and when you have a family with a cold at home because it is good for liver disease, it is perfect soup because there are no ingredients that stimulate your bronchial tubes. If you have a sore throat or a cold before marriage, you can easily and quickly follow the bean sprout dried pollack soup that your mother used to boil before going to work!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a heated pot and stir-fry dried pollack.
STEP 2/6
Wash 1 handful of bean sprouts and 1 piece of radish and stir-fry them.
It's better to cut the radish into bite-sized pieces and into squares.
STEP 3/6
Pour 500ml of broth again.
STEP 4/6
When it boils, season with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1.5 teaspoon of salt.
STEP 5/6
Add 1 minced garlic and 1 handful of green onion.
STEP 6/6
Beat in two eggs, please. Add a teaspoon of pepper to get rid of the fishy smell!
Always be aware that soup always removes the bubbles that come to mind, so the taste of it and the taste of it is clean and delicious ^^! There are people who close the lid and boil it to make it boil quickly, but since bean sprouts are in it, it can smell fishy until the bean sprouts and vegetables are cooked, so let's open the lid from beginning to end and boil the soup!
