Warm blanched vegetable salad that you can enjoy with plenty on a chilly day - It is a warm salad that minimizes nutrient destruction and increases absorption by pouring hot water. The more various vegetables, the better. We prepare more than 6 kinds, so it's perfect to make a day with a lot of vegetables in the refrigerator :)

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

  • jalapenos

  • Sesame oil

  • Pickled onion soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Please prepare at least 6 vegetables such as green lettuce, onion, cucumber, carrot, tomato, radish, etc. Peel the radishes thinly with a filler and shred the carrots to make them easy to eat.
STEP 2/4
Mix the vegetables lightly to blend together, put them in a sieve, and pour boiling water twice each.
Turn the vegetables upside down and pour 2 cups of boiling water again and drain.
STEP 3/4
Add 1T of minced jalapeno (or minced pickles) to 1/2 cup (100g) of mayonnaise and mix 2t of sugar, 1t of sesame oil, and 2t of special onion soy sauce to make sauce.
STEP 4/4
Place blanched vegetables on a plate and sprinkle with sauce evenly.
Serve the remaining sauce separately.
