STEP 1/4
Please prepare at least 6 vegetables such as green lettuce, onion, cucumber, carrot, tomato, radish, etc. Peel the radishes thinly with a filler and shred the carrots to make them easy to eat.
STEP 2/4
Mix the vegetables lightly to blend together, put them in a sieve, and pour boiling water twice each.
Turn the vegetables upside down and pour 2 cups of boiling water again and drain.
