Pour 1 spoon of cooking oil into a heated pan and stir-fry half a thinly sliced onion and 1/2 paprika.
Add 1 tsp salt and season the vegetables a little.

Add 300g of smoked duck slice and stir-fry together.
Add about a teaspoon of pepper to remove the smell of the duck.

Add 1 minced garlic and stir-fry it.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry thoroughly.

When the duck becomes soft and a little bit of soup and oil becomes soft, stir-fry it with a handful of green onions.

Lastly, if you pour sesame salt and finish, the main side dish is over.^^
Smoked duck slices are very oily, so they can get too much oil. If you really don't like it, take out the smoked duck slice, remove the oil from the outside with a kitchen towel, and bake it.
