Cooking Steps

First, finely powder the baked pistachios.

Mix together the flour, ground pistachio, and baking powder and sift them down once. After that, mix the sugar well.

Add eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to mix well with a whisk in the middle of the powder. Add lukewarm melted butter little by little and mix well with a whisk.

Place the finished dough in a piping bag and rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. After the tissue is finished, pan the dough in a buttered pan in an appropriate amount.

Bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees. When done, remove from mold and cool completely. Lightly spread melted chocolate and decorate with chopped pistachios. When the chocolate hardens, it's done!
