Cooking Steps
STEP 1/29
Remove the webfoot octopus to trim. Rinse it in water once.
I ordered it in the evening at Market Kurly and received it the next morning
A webfoot octopus shot ink and came to the black water, but... It was alive.
STEP 2/29
The way to prepare webfoot octopus is simple, and it's not fish or crab, so you can do it comfortably.
First, cut the webfoot octopus hat with scissors.
Then like the picture above, there are eggs and intestines on the head of webfoot octopus.
Between the head and the body, I cut the two eyes on the neck and take the mouth off.
STEP 3/29
Referring to the picture above, after cutting the hat vertically on the head of the webfoot octopus, separate the head (al) and the intestines, and cut it,
I rummaged through my legs and pulled out my mouth.
(I cut it all with scissors.)
STEP 4/29
Put the legs together and add the flour
(Salt, pancake mix, frying mix are possible)
STEP 5/29
I rub it with my hands
STEP 6/29
Remove foreign substances from the sucker.
(If it's a living thing, you don't have to remove the intestines, so you can just put it in a whole sieve and clean it.)
I put it in the refrigerator for a day, removed the intestines, and washed my legs first.)
STEP 7/29
Scrub and wash again.
STEP 8/29
The ink? As I came here with a burst of ink... The ink didn't wash well;;;;;; Yes
STEP 9/29
I removed the intestines from the webfoot octopus head and washed it dry. Than I thought.
Are the webfoot octopus eggs strong.. It didn't stir.
(Maybe it's already broken in the process of grooming...)
STEP 10/29
Trim the ingredients.
I took off the bean sprouts and cut the mushrooms in half and cut them sideways.
I cut the green onion into + and cut it into two fingers.
I cut the carrots in half, cut them in half, and cut them into half-moon shapes,
After preparing the onions, I cut them in half and shred them into 1cm of two sesame seeds.
I cut Cheongyang red pepper in half and cut it sideways.
Cut it into large or small pieces to suit your taste.
STEP 11/29
Put olive oil or canola oil on the pan
STEP 12/29
Add minced garlic and green onions
STEP 13/29
Stir-fry it and make green onion oil and garlic oil.
STEP 14/29
Put onion, cheongyang pepper, carrot, and saesongi mushroom among the prepared ingredients
(Add all the other ingredients except bean sprouts.)
STEP 15/29
Put a spoonful of chili powder first so that the seasoning gets cut
STEP 16/29
Stir-fry the ingredients so that the spicy taste is cut.
STEP 17/29
While stir-frying the ingredients, make the golden recipe sauce for stir-fried webfoot octopus.
2 spoons of red pepper powder (using 1 spoon of ingredients for a total of 3 spoons), 3 spoons of red pepper paste, 1 spoon of sugar,
1 spoon of oligosaccharide, 1 spoon of pepper (in the picture later), 1 spoon of sesame (in the picture later), 1 spoon of mirin,
1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of sand lance extract, 1/2 spoonful of soybean paste
STEP 18/29
Add the trimmed webfoot octopus legs to the sauce.
(I didn't cut it, but I cut it while eating later. If you cut it into small pieces, the seasoning tastes good, but... The texture is low ;;)
STEP 19/29
Put only the legs of the webfoot octopus in the sauce and season it (to make the legs of the webfoot octopus and the footstep evenly cut into the sauce)
Add the trimmed webfoot octopus head.
STEP 20/29
Add sesame seeds and pepper,
STEP 21/29
After adding the ingredients
STEP 22/29
After stir-frying on high heat for 2 to 5 minutes (depending on the gas stove situation, my house seems to have high heat on all levels)
STEP 23/29
Empty the middle of the pan into the stir-fried webfoot octopus
(Stir-fried webfoot octopus in dialect) Place it on the edge of the webfoot octopus? I'll put it next to me
Place bean sprouts in the center, close the lid, and stir-fry them for 3 to 5 minutes over 1 to 2 levels of heat.
(You can stir-fry bean sprouts together when you stir-fry vegetables.)
STEP 24/29
Honestly, when you first put in the vegetables and ingredients, you stir-fry them,
It's safest to empty the pan without anything in the center, put bean sprouts, put 1/3 cups of water, and cover it
STEP 25/29
I didn't know because I was doing the dishes... The stove is on one side and the sauce is burnt......
So I took it out;;;;;;;;;
Half of the bean sprouts? When it's half cooked, open the lid
STEP 26/29
After mixing and frying (I put the green onion on top like a garnish or for filming purposes)
STEP 27/29
If you add perilla leaves or cabbage, the texture and smell are better!
STEP 28/29
The golden recipe for stir-fried webfoot octopus with seasonal webfoot octopus has been completed!
STEP 29/29
My legs are chubby, and the seasoning tastes like tteokbokki that's famous in the neighborhood...
In the meantime, I've been loving (the seasoning of the webfoot octopus restaurant that I posted on my blog has come to my taste)
The Shinto Buddha at Achasan Station is sweet and spicy. It tastes like a perilla leaf tteokbokki restaurant, and the webfoot octopus is not tough, chubby, and it tastes so good It's a golden recipe for stir-fried jugumi using seasonal webfoot octopus I hope you eat stir-fried webfoot octopus, add more noodles, and stir-fry rice to enjoy it :) You need to eat wild ginseng to supplement your health (I eat wild ginseng and herbal medicine every year...) I think it's good to cook one or two healthy foods for the season :)

The soup became self-made, but that was good. I think it's because I put a lot of vegetables
