Making Carbonara Pasta without Cream (simple and savory)
It's carbonara made with egg yolk only, not carbonara pasta made with cream sauce. I heard the traditional carbonara pasta is a bit dry and doesn't have cream in it. I'm curious about the taste of cream pasta made with yolk only. The recipe is simple, savory, and nice.^^

Cooking Steps

- Put 3 rolls of oil and half a tablespoon of salt in boiling water

- Shred bacon to 0.5cm thick

Tip. It's dry as it is, so add about 2 tablespoons of noodles and mix it gently. If you cool it down, the egg yolk won't cook.

- Fry bacon in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil

- When the bacon starts to color, add garlic and stir-fry it

- Turn off the heat, cool it down, and add the egg yolk little by little
Tip. If it's too dry to mix, add a little bit of noodles and mix.
