Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Stir-fry dried anchovies (about the size of a bowl of sunshine) in a heated pan.
STEP 2/8
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir-fry together. Stir-fried anchovies are also slightly glossy and golden, and cooking oil needs to be put in the middle to make it delicious.^^
STEP 3/8
Add pumpkin seeds, almonds and pine nuts to 1 fist size. Then three nuts come together and it's enough to put them all on a very large plate. The more nuts there are, the more delicious it is!
