STEP 1/8
Stir-fry dried anchovies (about the size of a bowl of sunshine) in a heated pan.
STEP 2/8
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir-fry together. Stir-fried anchovies are also slightly glossy and golden, and cooking oil needs to be put in the middle to make it delicious.^^
STEP 3/8
Add pumpkin seeds, almonds and pine nuts to 1 fist size. Then three nuts come together and it's enough to put them all on a very large plate. The more nuts there are, the more delicious it is!
I think my mom puts in at least the amount of anchovies. Nuts are good for you!
STEP 4/8
Add 2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/8
Add 2 spoons of starch syrup.
STEP 6/8
Add 2 spoons of sugar and stir-fry it.
Turn off the heat on very low heat!
STEP 7/8
Add sesame salt and stir-fry.
(If it's for a child who can't eat spicy food, you can end the recipe here.^^ From the next step, spicy vinegar goes in!)
STEP 8/8
I'm going to cut 2 candles. Add 1 tablespoon of water and stir-fry it so that it doesn't burn.
Stir-fried anchovies with nuts are easy because you just put them in and stir-fry them! If I have to pick a difficult part, controlling the fire is the most difficult and important. My mom also says that stir-fried anchovies have to be controlled by fire to reduce the burning and the texture is good and delicious.
Also, it is important to blow away moisture without burning anchovies when adding a little water, so you should add only a little water to prevent it from burning. If you add a lot, it can become soggy or too sticky when it hardens later.
