Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Mix eggs, water and salt in a bowl, then add flour and strain through a sieve. Shred the ham, cabbage leaves, and onions and cut the green onions into 3cm pieces and mix them evenly in the dough above.
STEP 2/3
Place enough cooking oil in a pan and scoop out a ladle of dough to make it thick and round and bake until golden.
STEP 3/3
Put it in a bowl, sprinkle pork cutlet sauce and mayonnaise, and put katsuobushi on top! You can make the deep taste of okonomiyaki with ham without seafood!
