STEP 1/9
Prepare the ingredients first ^^
STEP 2/9
Try to get rid of the fishy smell first.
Put 2 tablespoons of Mirim (or Cheongju) and 1 tablespoon of water into the thawed flying fish roe and marinate for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, strain it through a sieve.
If you put a kitchen towel under the sieve, the moisture will be removed faster, so please refer to it :)
STEP 3/9
Chop up the pickled radish. Prepare seasoned laver by breaking it into small pieces. (The middle one is sesame oil.) ^^)
You can add furigake instead of seasoned laver ^^
STEP 4/9
Put a bowl of cooled rice in a bowl.
STEP 5/9
Add chopped pickled radish, chopped seasoned laver, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, and drained flying fish roe.
STEP 6/9
Then add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix well.
You can taste it and add a bit of salt if the seasoning is weak.
You can add a bit of sesame ^^
STEP 7/9
Flying fish roe rice balls made in a round shape that is easy to eat taste good as they are, but they taste better with ramen or tteokbokki
