Ingredients
  • Beef

  • Cabbage

  • Udon noodles

  • Oil Eggs

  • Cooking oil

  • Tzuyu
    100ml
  • Water
    500ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, Sukiyaki sauce!Mix water and tsuyu. Wash shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms in running water and cut them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/5
Wash cabbage, green onions, and onions and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/5
Grease a deep hot pot pan with cooking oil and grill the green onions back and forth until golden.
STEP 4/5
And put the cut vegetables and meat in the pot, pour the sukiyaki sauce, and boil it.^^ Oh, I had tofu left at home, so I put it in :)
STEP 5/5
In the meantime, prepare the eggs by dissolving only the yolk in a bowl. The point is to use eggs as fresh eggs!!

    It was really delicious ~~^^ It was simple and grilled until the green onion was golden and put in the broth, and it was a great move I put tofu in because I didn't want it to be crushed

    The original version without the raw egg was delicious, so..I wondered what difference it would be if I dipped it in raw eggs, but when I tried it, I had to dip it in the sauce to eat it was sukiyaki. It was my first time making it, so I didn't take a picture because it looked ugly, but it was really delicious
