STEP 1/10
Dip it in cold water for about an hour to drain the blood. You have to change the water in between. I think I changed it about four times.
STEP 2/10
Only the bones were cut and the flesh was lumped, so I cut it and removed the fat. Even if I took it off from the butcher's shop, there were a lot of them at home.
STEP 3/10
Put pork ribs in boiling water and boil them for 10 to 15 minutes until the impurities come up.
STEP 4/10
While the pork ribs are boiling, cut radish, carrot, and potato into a circle. If you cut it in a round shape, it won't break and it's pretty.
STEP 5/10
The meat is not fully cooked, but only impurities have been removed, so wash it in water and put it in a pressure cooker. If you use this process to make braised pork ribs, it doesn't smell bad
STEP 6/10
Should I make the sauce at home? Should I buy the sauce? I thought about it and bought it. I put in about 100g of sauce. I poured 1/3 of it.
STEP 7/10
I added the prepared carrot, radish, and potato and added 2 tablespoons of cooking wine. I only put enough water so that the meat won't sink in. I think I put in about 200ml.
STEP 8/10
Steamed pork ribs in a pressure cooker make the meat soft and tender. If you set it on medium heat for 5 minutes, turn it down to low heat and wait 30 minutes.
STEP 9/10
After 30 minutes, the lid was opened and steaming, so I don't really like the picture, but I took two, but both of them were shaken.
STEP 10/10
Add green onions and mix them over high heat with the lid open~Steamed pork ribs are completed in a pressure cooker.
