Super simple natto health soup
A super-simple healthy soup that stimulates your appetite without any smell by combining the soft sour taste of tomatoes. It's a refreshing soup that my family doesn't like to eat deliciously, but it's boiled with tomatoes that are especially healthy. :)

Ingredients
  • natto
    1pack
  • Tomato
    1ea
  • soft tofu
    1pack
  • dried bonito
    4cup
  • a small soybean paste
    3T
  • Scallions

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add 10x5 kelp to 4 cups of water and boil for 10 minutes, then add a handful of katsuobushi (12g)
When all the katsuobushi sinks, wait for about 1 to 2 minutes, then sieve the soup and make the katsuobushi soup.
STEP 2/5
Cut tomatoes and soft tofu into 1cm squares.
STEP 3/5
Pour the katsuobushi soup into a pot and when it starts to boil, add Japanese soybean paste and bring it to a boil.
STEP 4/5
Add tomatoes and soft tofu to this and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/5
Put it in a bowl and put sliced chives on top, and it's done!!~!
