Dandelion kimchi bitter and delicious dandelion kimchi

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Dissolve salt in 2 cups of water and sprinkle it on dandelions for 10 minutes!~~
STEP 2/7
I shredded carrots, chopped chives into carrot-sized pieces, and shredded onions!~
While the dandelion was pickled, all the seasonings were mixed well!~~

The dandelion is light, so mix the carrot and onion chives in the sauce first!~~

    Thank you. I live in the U.S. and there are so many people in the yard and the cluster. I pulled them out and threw them away even when I saw dandelions. I didn't think about making them, but I spent more time at home in the aftermath of COVID-19, so I ripped them off and made them LOL It's so delicious and delicious Thank you again
