STEP 1/9
Slice potatoes, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and onions thicker than a bite.
STEP 2/9
Cut corners of potatoes, carrots, and sweet pumpkin into a round shape. (It doesn't break easily when boiling, and the shape stays pretty.)
STEP 3/9
In a preheated skillet, stir-fry butter and meat over medium heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 4/9
Add potatoes, carrots, zucchini, and onions and stir-fry them over high heat for 3 minutes,
STEP 5/9
Add 800ml of water and continue to boil. When it boils up, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes with the lid on.
STEP 6/9
If you scoop up the impurities that float up in the middle with a spoon, you can feel a cleaner taste.
STEP 7/9
Oh, and I recommend mixing curry powder and 10T of water to make curry water. That way, it spreads finely in the water.
STEP 8/9
After 30 minutes, add the mushrooms and curry water and boil them over low heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 9/9
If you put the finished curry on the rice and enjoy it, it's over.
