Last time, I went to Busan and ate Seonji soup with bibimbap at a barley rice restaurant... Among the bibimbap ingredients I ate, the stir-fried seaweed was so good I remembered the stir-fried seaweed that I put in the bibimbap ingredients, so I made it!! I didn't know how to make the trap, and I made it my own way;;;; It's a different taste... What I made was delicious too :) Next time I go to Busan, I'll learn how to make it from my aunt

  • Seaweed
    1/2paper cup
  • perilla oil
    2spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Salt
    1/3spoon
  • sesame salt
    1/2spoon
  • Fish sauce with sand lance extract
    1/3spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Soak the seaweed in cold water and wash it thoroughly.
STEP 2/7
Put perilla oil in the pan
Add the watery seaweed and stir-fry it.
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry seaweed in perilla oil and add minced garlic, salt, and sand lance extract
After you stir-fry it

Add sesame seeds or sesame salt.
