As soon as I saw Bibibam in Korea, I thought, "I want to eat Bibimbap." As soon as I see Japanese bibimbap, I think it's pretty and beautiful. It is much easier and prettier than Korean bibimbap.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
You can just use the ingredients at home.
2 eggs = Season with salt and chop the yellow and white egg.
2 cups of blanched broccoli = Season with salt.
2 fresh ingredients = Slice and stir-fry lightly in oil and season with salt.
10 Jasook Shrimp = Seasoned with a pinch of salt and 1/2 small spoon of Jeongjong.
6 pages of carrot = blanch under salt.
20 grams of radish sprouts = Wash to remove moisture.
Lotus root page 6 = blanch in vinegar and season with salt.

Season the rice with sushi vinegar and spread it gently on a plate
Seven minutes is also yellow because it's rice.
Making sushi candles
1-1/3 cup vinegar. 3 tbsp salt, 3/4 cup sugar. Place 4 tablespoons of mirin in a pot and place on fire
Stir only until sugar melts and remove from heat when hot.
It doesn't boil.
