Mugwort, a must-eat mugwort in spring. Especially, I heard that mugwort is good in April, so I'm trying to eat it like this. Then, I made mugwort pancake! Feel the savory and fragrant taste of mugwort.

Cooking Steps

Trim mugwort and wash it clean.

Put a little salt in boiling water and blanch the washed mugwort for about 30 seconds and rinse it in cold water.

Squeeze the water out of the mugwort and cut it into small pieces, remove the seeds from the peppers, and chop the garlic.

Mix flour, eggs, water, garlic, and soy sauce in a large bowl,
Add mugwort, garlic, and red pepper and mix well.
And at the end, season with salt.

Put oil on a heated pan and scoop up the mugwort batter
Spread thinly using the back of the spoon and fry until golden brown.
Chili peppers are blue green peppers or red peppers, It doesn't matter, but the color is better if you add red pepper. And I like spicy food more I used a slightly spicy red pepper.
