STEP 1/12
Chop the onions, please.
STEP 2/12
Slice the mushrooms into 0.5cm thick slices.
STEP 3/12
Slice the three garlics and chop the two.
STEP 4/12
Cut the half of the pumpkin sweet potatoes into cubes similar to the size of one chopped onion, and boil the other half in water.
STEP 5/12
Cut the dallae into appropriate sizes. (Divide the long one into 3 pieces and the short one into 2 pieces.)
STEP 6/12
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 7/12
Add half a boiled pumpkin sweet potato, 2T of whipped cream, and 1T of sugar and mash.
STEP 8/12
Place tortillas in pan and bake until golden brown.
STEP 9/12
Please make sauce 1 and sauce 2.
STEP 10/12
Stir-fry minced onions, garlic slices, and chicken in an oiled pan, and when the chicken is cooked to a certain extent, add sauce 2 and stir-fry.
STEP 11/12
Apply sauce 1 to the once baked tortilla and sprinkle cheese evenly.
STEP 12/12
Stir-fried chicken -> Dallae -> button mushrooms -> Place chopped sweet potatoes and put sweet potato mousse on the outside.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 7 minutes.
Dallae may have dirt on it, so wash it clean under running water.
If you don't have an oven, bake it on the lowest heat.
If there are any remaining ingredients, add the chicken breast when stir-frying.
We don't have pumpkin sweet potatoes, so when you use sweet potatoes or chestnut sweet potatoes, it's sweet if you add more sugar.
