[Tips on how to buy and store bacon]
1. Buy something fat.
Bacon is better to buy fat than fat.
Fatty is greasy, so please choose a product with a lot of red meat.
2. Wrap up the remaining bacon and keep it frozen.
Use a kitchen towel to wipe off the fat and moisture from the surface
Divide it into 2 pieces and seal it tightly with a wrap. Then, put it in a sealed container or a zipper pack
Please put it in and keep it frozen. If you do this, you can keep it for about a week.
3. Soak it in boiling water for a while and cook it.
When you open the wrapper, the bacon smells like sour vinegar
It's moist. Pour it into boiling water and take it out
It's neatly removed and the smell goes away.
