STEP 1/11
Material preparation
- I used half a pack of mackerel that was trimmed and only had flesh only.
You can prepare one for two people.
STEP 2/11
- To remove the fishy smell of mackerel, soak it in thinly sliced ginger (half the recipe amount) and milk for about 15 minutes
STEP 3/11
There is only one lemon, and I washed the lemon for the other dish.
- Wipe with lemon baking soda or fruit cleaning detergent
STEP 4/11
- scrubbing with coarse salt
STEP 5/11
- Cut the lemon in half and grind it on a yellow peel grater or chop it finely with a knife
Tip. You have to peel the yellow skin thinly. It's bitter when the white part goes in.
- Lemon juice
- Mix and prepare all the ingredients for the lemon sauce
STEP 6/11
- Cut decorative lemon in half and cut to a certain thickness (half moon shape)
- slicing whole garlic into thick slices
- Slice remaining ginger thinly
STEP 7/11
- Add garlic and ginger to a well-oiled pan and smell it
STEP 8/11
- When it's golden, throw away the ginger and scoop out the garlic in a kitchen towel
STEP 9/11
- Place the mackerel skin in the pan and cook with oil
STEP 10/11
- Boil thickly in a skillet of mixed lemon sauce
Tip. Add sugar to suit your taste for sour taste. If it's too sour, you can stretch it to half a spoon or one spoon.
STEP 11/11
Put decorative lemon on a plate, put sauce, put grilled mackerel on top, and put garlic chips on top, and then grilled mackerel with lemon sauce is done!!
1. It's a mackerel seasoned with low salt, so I didn't season it separately, but please season it with salt when using raw mackerel.
2. It looks better if you cut green onions and red peppers after completion.
3. If you like garlic, make more garlic chips. It doesn't taste fishy and it's good to eat it with mackerel.
