First, remove the stems of the chamnamul and prepare 4cm long leaves.
STEP 2/8
Wash the chamnamul and strain it through a sieve.
STEP 3/8
Cut the white part of the green onion into thin slices without the inner part.
STEP 4/8
Chop the onions finely.
STEP 5/8
Now collect them in one place, wash them, mix them well, and drain them.

Seasoning is vinegar (2)/sugar (1.5)/salt 2 skewers/perilla oil (1.5)/sesame salt (1)
Add and mix well.

If you mix it well in a bowl, the Chamnamul salad is complete.

It's a Chamnamul salad that you can just eat or it's even better with meat.
Chamnamul salad doesn't use the stems. You have to cut it 4cm long on the leaves to make it look and taste good. It's even better if you eat it with meat.
