STEP 1/10
Soak rice noodles in cold water
Soak in water for more than 30 minutes
STEP 2/10
Cut the onions and green onions thinly
Soak the frozen shrimp in cold water and defrost it naturally
STEP 3/10
Make a Pad Thai sauce with 2T oyster sauce, 1/2T sand lance extract, 1/2T dark soy sauce, 1T vinegar, and 2t sugar
STEP 4/10
Grease the pan and make scrambled eggs first. I'm going to use it as a topping later, so I'll put it on a separate plate
STEP 5/10
Change the pan and stir-fry the green onions and garlic first
STEP 6/10
Add onion and shrimp and stir-fry together
If you didn't season the shrimp, add pepper
STEP 7/10
Add pepperoncino and stir-fry them together
Instead of pepperoncino, red pepper and cheongyang pepper are good, but red pepper oil is better
If you don't have it, you can skip it
STEP 8/10
When the shrimp is cooked plump
Add the soaked noodles and sauce and stir-fry them
Don't pour all the sauce. Add it as you taste it
STEP 9/10
Stir-fry the ingredients quickly over high heat
Reduce heat to low and add bean sprouts and scrambled eggs
STEP 10/10
Stir-fry until the bean sprouts are out of breath
It's much better with nuts such as peanuts and almonds
Add green vegetables such as coriander, bok choy, and spinach to add flavor
