Cooking Steps

I bought a live webfoot octopus, and he wiped it off with flour. I flipped the inside of my head and removed the internal organs.

Add webfoot octopus, mushrooms, and instant shabu-shabu and dip it in soy sauce.
The webfoot octopus gets tough if you blanch it for a long time, so take it out as soon as it's cooked. You don't have to season kelp anchovy broth too hard. Season it with soy sauce, take out shabu shabu and dip it in soy sauce.
