Mushroom hot pot (clear beef mushroom hot pot)
I happened to have all kinds of mushrooms at home. It's a mushroom hot pot that I made before the weather got hotter. I made a clear broth and used beef brisket to put it in a meatball. It is a mushroom hot pot with a cool and sweet soup that even children can eat. It's also good for inviting guests, housewarming parties, and elderly birthdays.

1. If you prepare bulgogi instead of sweet and sour pork, it becomes beef bulgogi mushroom hot pot. 2. You can make shiitake mushrooms simpler if you chop them and make them only with a meatball. 3. I used a deep pot, but when I use a hot pot, I just need to rotate the ingredients (in a circle) and put them neatly. 4. Salt for the lack of seasoning, please. 5. It's delicious with soaked glass noodles.
