Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Shred the fish cake into big pieces and blanch it in hot water.
Chop the vegetables into proper thicknesses.
STEP 2/5
Grease the frying pan and stir-fry the ground garlic slightly. Add fish cake and carrots first and stir-fry them slightly.
Calculate the rate at which the following ingredients are cooked and stir-fry for about 10 seconds.
STEP 3/5
Add the vegetables in the order of onions and pumpkins and stir-fry the prepared seasoning ingredients.
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry until each vegetable remains in shape as shown in the picture.
STEP 5/5
Stir-fry a little more and sprinkle pepper to finish.
You can sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds on the stir-fried fish cake. For me, it's a variety~~ Sesame oil and sesame seeds are omitted to preserve the unique texture of vegetables. Nowadays, Korean food tends to be seasoned with sesame oil and sesame salt. It's easy to lose the unique taste of the ingredients in the seasoning, so you don't have to put it in foods that taste like vegetables. ^^
