STEP 1/5
Dip the back ribs in water and add bay leaf, pepper, and cooking wine for about an hour to drain the blood.
You don't need laurel leaves!
STEP 2/5
Boil the marinated back ribs in a pot for 30 minutes with bay leaf (optional), 1 tablespoon soybean paste, a little pepper, and cooking wine.
STEP 3/5
After cutting the boiled back ribs into a pot, put them back in a pot, add 4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and a little pepper, boil over low heat and stir-fry until seasoning is cut well.
Add half a cup of water so that it's less than half a cup!
(I thought it would be better to make the sauce in advance and pour it in and stir-fry it.)
