Cooking Steps
STEP 1/25
Put the natural seasoning back into the pack and make the broth first. I'm going to make braised soy sauce instead of water. If you don't have any natural seasonings, you can use kelp stock.

While the broth is boiling, put cinnamon and licorice back into the pack. This is the ingredient for making braised soy sauce.

Put whole garlic and ginger in the pack with licorice and cinnamon.

And lastly, add the gas obushi.

The broth is ready. I'm going to add shrimp powder to it to make a stronger and more savory braised soy sauce. If you don't have shrimp powder, you can add dried shrimp. If you don't have it, pass!!!

Put dark soy sauce, flavored soy sauce, rice wine, and honey in the broth and boil it again with cinnamon, licorice, whole garlic, ginger, and gas obushi. A thick and savory soy sauce is made.

Season the crab meat salad for crab meat fried tofu rice balls. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and honey and mix them well.

The color of the braised temple, which I had left for about a day, became completely dark brown. Once I tasted it, it became a really chewy and delicious temple stew that is salty and sweet.

The ingredients of the sushi with braised scallops, marinated yubu sushi, and spinach yubu sushi are prepared. Don't throw away the soy sauce for braised mussels, but if you put frozen shrimp in it and boil it again, it will turn brown like that. You don't have to marinate shrimp for a long time. Braised temples, fried tofu, crab salad, spinach greens, boiled shrimp, and raw wasabi are all prepared!!

For sushi, soak rice in water for about 30 minutes, add a piece of kelp, add a drop or two of olive oil, and then put it in a rice container and cook it to complete the sticky sushi rice. I made totobap by adding powder instead of kelp. If you make totobap, it gives you a stronger sea scent. I mixed the seasoning powder that was in the fried tofu rice ball with jabin seaweed. Since I used fried tofu rice balls for the liver, I used the sweet vinegar water that went in together. If you don't want to cook fried tofu rice balls and just make sushi, add vinegar and sugar in a 1:1 ratio, and mix with salt for a little seasoning.
